Enhanced Learning in Infocomm Technology (ELITe)
The Enhanced Learning in Infocomm Technology (ELITe) is a talent development programme that aims to develop "industry-ready" infocomm graduates. A core group of university undergraduates will be given opportunities to acquire practical exposure through industry attachments, mentorship, projects and skills development through certifications.
Infocomm Club
Infocomm Clubs covers one or more specialisations such as digital media, mobile technologies, software development, security & networking and games development. Activities under the programme include training, project work, mentorship, workshops, competitions and collaboration with other schools, locally and internationally. Schools under the Infocomm Clubs Programme may also collaborate to share facilities, extend training, provide ambassadors and undertake joint activities.
Infocomm Leadership and Development Programme (iLEAD)
iLEAD is a new manpower development initiative by IDA. It aims to ensure that Singapore’s infocomm manpower capabilities keep pace with technology changes and Singapore remains at the forefront of technology development. iLEAD will help sharpen and deepen the infocomm knowledge and capabilities of infocomm professionals in Singapore and build a pipeline of infocomm experts in high-end, niche areas.
Infocomm Training and Attachment Programme (iTAP)
iTAP is a new manpower development initiative by IDA and will form part of the umbrella programme Professional Skills Programme Traineeships (PSPT) Scheme . iTAP aims to develop infocomm manpower capabilities in Singapore. Both fresh graduates and infocomm professionals will have opportunities to gain valuable industry experience via local work attachments with infocomm and other key organisations across various economic sectors in Singapore. iTAP will help ensure that the skills and competencies of Singapore’s infocomm talent continues to be relevant and up-to-date in this fast-paced industry.
Integrated Infocomm Scholarship (IIS)

National Infocomm Competency Framework (NICF)
To remain competitive, Singapore must move towards grooming a world-class infocomm manpower for Singapore to compete globally. One of the strategies under the Intelligent Nation 2015 masterplan is to develop a pool of techno-strategists who are infocomm-savvy with sharp business acumen to drive national economic competitiveness.
National Infocomm Competition (NIC)
The National Infocomm Competition (NIC) is a year-long infocomm competition held annually that allows students to hone their skills and showcase their talent in infocomm. The competition is divided into three circuits: Secondary School, Junior College and Polytechnic/Institute of Technical Education. Teams accumulate as many points as possible from each challenge to become circuit champions and win fabulous prizes.
National Infocomm Scholarship (NIS)

NEU PC Plus: Infocomm for everybody in Singapore
The NEU PC Programme aims to help build an all-inclusive digital society where needy students can have equal access to infocomm. To date, the NEU PC programme has benefited about 20,000 needy households whose gross monthly household income do not exceed $2,000 or whose per capita monthly income do not exceed $500.
