The Critical Infocomm Technology Resource Programme (CITREP) enables professionals to update and upgrade themselves in the dynamic, competitive and fast changing infocomm industry. Sponsoring organizations and sponsored individuals are able to seek for CITREP funding support when they attend endorsed infocomm training courses and certifications.

Company-Led Training Programme for Fresh Professionals

The Company-Led Training Programme for Fresh Professionals (CLT) is an initiative in collaboration with CLT Partners to recruit, mentor and train fresh professionals in areas and technologies relevant to the local infocomm industry. CLT will help fresh infocomm professionals transit to the jobs-in-demand (i.e. specialist level & above) in a shorter time, through local and overseas attachments, and on-the-job training opportunities.

Infocomm Leadership and Development Programme

The Infocomm Leadership and Development Programme (iLEAD) offers training and attachment opportunities to fresh graduates and infocomm professionals through local and overseas internships and courses. iLEAD provides companies with funding support to train existing employees as well as take in new trainees in infocomm technology skills which are considered niche.

National Infocomm Competency Framework

Jointly-developed by IDA, WDA and the industry, the National Infocomm Competency Framework (NICF) is a standard that defines the certification and competency requirements for infocomm professionals to develop competencies relevant for their career and hence improving the employability of our workforce.
