Occupation Description
Primary Purpose
Act as an independent consultant to examine the networks and computer systems to determine the organisation's vulnerability to cyber attacks (viruses, malware, intrusions etc.) and natural disasters and to recommend the appropriate controls

Responsibilities

Identify IT application and infrastructure weaknesses and recommend enhancements and upgrades to improve the security posture of the organisation.
Conduct audits and test business and technology processes to ensure the organisation's assets are properly accounted for and adequately safeguarded from unauthorised access or loss.

Requirements

At least 3 years of audit experience with some legal knowledge
Possess basic to intermediate knowledge and understanding of information security concepts and technologies
Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent , or Certified Public Accountant
Experience in managing a full IT audit cycle
